How it Works?
All application process are different but following is the most general one
Enquiry & Profile Check
After few conversation and information collection from the applicant, we will be able to advise if the applicant is eligible to migrate under one of the Business or Investor program.
Receive an Invitation
Once the Invitation to apply is received we can move to the next step. In some cases State or Territory nomination application has to be lodged and get approval before going to the next step.
Expert Counseling & Document Preparation
We will have personal meeting face to face and will help the applicant to prepare documentation as per the visa requirements.
Lodging a Visa Application
Lodge application with Department of Immigration. This application has to be lodged before expiry of the Invitation. If Invitation is expired, we have to do whole process again.
Submitting an EOI
Once the documentation are done, we will be able to lodge the Expression of Interest (EOI) application. Some of the document can even be prepared after the lodgment of EOI.
Visa Approval
Once visa is approved, arrive in Australia as per the Initial Entry Date mentioned in the visa grant letter. It can be temporary leading to permanent visa or direct permanent visa.
