We're Hiring! We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives that support our growing operations and vibrant company culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Make reports on hiring process and its outcomes.
Must Have
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Nice to have
- Certification in HR management (such as SHRM, HRCI).

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with immigration compliance and procedures, especially relevant to our consultancy’s focus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English, Hindi and Gujarati, to facilitate communication with a diverse team and client base.
